Studio homes/multi-use rooms: L$3,000
Final estimate to be given upon review of the house;
small enough rooms (like closets, hallways, tiny bathrooms, etc.) may be included at no charge.
Landscaping
Small parcel (less than 1/8 sim): L$7,000
1/8 sim: L$12,000
1/4 sim: L$20,000
1/2 sim: L$35,000
Full sim / Homestead: L$60,000
Please Note:
Any specific items that are required for the build will need to be either purchased and placed by the client on their end, or needs to be sent to me before starting the build.
If furniture is provided, a discount on pricing may be factored in on a case by case basis.
